Administration Manager

I started with Robin Elt Shoes in August 2021, and I couldn’t recommend them enough. The whole interview process (3 in total) was done via Teams, and it was very easy and friendly. Once I had spoken to HR and my prospective line managers, I was very keen to get the job. So, when they offered it to me 2 days later, I was overjoyed. The induction program was amazing and the introduction to all the departments was very interesting.  Gardiners are a very friendly, family-based Company and everyone is helpful and approachable. One of the best Company’s I have worked for!

Having originally worked for Gardiners as a second job , I found the job appreciation and progression path was miles ahead of my current employer so made the switch to work for them full time. Being of Italian origin they have supported my English as a second language and helped me expand my vocabulary allowing me to go from warehouse operative to deputy manager in a matter of months.

Direct Fulfilment and B2C customer service Manager

I Joined Gardiner Brothers in 2018 and have been here almost 5 years. I started as a customer service advisor for Direct Fulfilment , worked my way up to Direct Fulfilment Team Leader in 2020, soon after became the Direct Fulfilment and B2C customer service manager. I work with a fantastic team and lovely people who respect one another here at Gardiner Brothers, Although we are a growing business, it still remains that close knit, family feeling when I first started!
